A classic estate wine from grapes harvested in Palandor, Narancsi and Haraszt vineyards: Furmint and Hárslevelű with a little Sárgamuskotály for spice. The latter two grapes varieties give the wine elderflower and honeydew melon intensive fruitiness. The hot summer of 2018 beautifully rounded the acids for this light wine with a little residual sugar and an abundance of fruit. A subtle salty minerality on the finish.

Recommended food pairing: light dishes composed with Asian spicies like: ginger, amise, coriander.

Bottle: 2.500 Ft  



Winemaking: Several harvest from 21st August to mid-October. Destemmed, then basket press. After the grape juice settled it fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Grape variety: 45% Furmint, 45% Hárslevelű, 10% Sárgamuskotály

Alcohol: 12.9%

Titratable acidity: 6.2 g/l

Sugar free extract: 19.0 g/l

Residual sugar: 7.4 g/l

pH: 3.18

Total sulphur dioxide: 83 mg/l
